Orders are sent via DHL and usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

Track & Trace code
We think it’s important that you can follow your order from our door to yours! ✨
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. With this number, you can easily track your order via DHL and see exactly when your fashion items will arrive. This way, waiting stays fun and stress-free!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return items within 14 days of receiving them at your own cost, except for digital or personalized products. (Click HERE for more information).
Please note that exchanges are not available. If you would like a different product, simply return your item and place a new order.
Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@tessore.nl with the subject: Cancel Order + [Order Number].
We will then check as quickly as possible whether your order can still be canceled and get back to you.
Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Item
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
📧 Important: Use the following as the subject of your email:
[Order Number] + Defective/Incorrect
This helps us process your request quickly and ensures your payment is handled correctly.
In your email, please include:
- Order number
- Item number
- Reason for return
- A clear photo if the item is damaged or incorrect
⚠️ If any of these details are missing, or a photo is not provided for a damaged item, we won’t be able to process your request due to the risk of fraud or misuse.
Once we’ve reviewed your email, we’ll send you a prepaid return label at no cost.
- After we receive the returned item, a replacement will be sent.
- If you prefer not to keep the product, the amount will be deducted from the final payment.

1. Busy Periods and Delivery Times
During busy periods, such as holidays, sales, or unexpected demand, shipping may take a little longer. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to avoid delays. Our team does everything possible to process your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
2. Gift Cards
At the moment, Tessoré does not offer gift cards. However, we regularly have great promotions!

Our customer service team is available 24/7 to answer your questions. We aim to respond to your message within 24 hours.
4. Pre-orders and Backorders
