Return policy

 

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. If the customer returns the order too late, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Important return conditions:

• Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached. 

• Items must not contain any unpleasant odors or stains (e.g., smoke, pets, makeup).

• Sale items, digital products, or personalized products cannot be returned.

• Exceptions apply to defective or incorrectly delivered products (click HERE).

• All return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. The average cost is around €7.25 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

• If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

After receipt and approval of the return, we will refund the order amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used for your order.

⚠️ If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the refund will not be issued. The customer may choose to have the return resent to their address at their own expense.
