Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Clothing & footwear must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items may only be tried on, not worn.

Must be in original condition, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any odors (e.g. perfume, smoke, deodorant).

All original labels and hangtags must still be attached.

Must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).
❌ Items that cannot be returned (unless faulty or incorrectly delivered)

Accessories (bags, jewelry, hair accessories, beauty products) due to hygiene reasons.

Clothing that is worn, washed, damaged, or has stains/odors.

Items without original labels.

Returns received after the 30-day period.

Sale / final clearance items.

Underwear, swimwear, and intimate items (for hygiene reasons).

Digital products (non-refundable once purchased/downloaded).

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items damaged due to incorrect use or negligence.
