Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Items that can be returned

  • Clothing & footwear must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items may only be tried on, not worn.

  • Must be in original condition, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any odors (e.g. perfume, smoke, deodorant).

  • All original labels and hangtags must still be attached.

  • Must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).

Items that cannot be returned (unless faulty or incorrectly delivered)

  • Accessories (bags, jewelry, hair accessories, beauty products) due to hygiene reasons.

  • Clothing that is worn, washed, damaged, or has stains/odors.

  • Items without original labels.

  • Returns received after the 30-day period.

  • Sale / final clearance items.

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate items (for hygiene reasons).

  • Digital products (non-refundable once purchased/downloaded).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items damaged due to incorrect use or negligence.
