Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Item


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

[Order Number] + Defective/Incorrect
This helps us process your request quickly and ensures your payment is handled correctly.

In your email, please include:

  • Order number

  • Item number

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo if the item is damaged or incorrect

⚠️ If any of these details are missing, or a photo is not provided for a damaged item, we won’t be able to process your request due to the risk of fraud or misuse.

Once we’ve reviewed your email, we’ll send you a prepaid return label at no cost.

  • After we receive the returned item, a replacement will be sent. 

  • If you prefer not to keep the product, the amount will be deducted from the final payment.
